This fellow popped the question at Fragrant Isle Lavender on Washington Island (which I captured!) We followed it with an impromptu engagement session at a lake front park on the Island. The day was mild and calm, and the couple was amazing to work with. Washington Island is a fantastic place for an engagement session and/or a wedding. It does require taking a ferry to the Island, and there is some cost involved with that, but if you are looking for a special place to propose, have a wedding, or just have a nice photo shoot, it's hard to beat Washington Island, Wisconsin, on the tip of the Door County peninsula.
