A man proposes to his love in front of a replica lighthouse at the end of a pier at the Sister Bay Marina in Sister Bay, WI. Door County is a favorite place to pop the question because of the beautiful scenery, great restaurants for post-proposal celebrations, and fun vacation activities. Behind the photographer, surprised friends and family happily watched. After the proposal, we did a quick "engagement" session in the beautiful setting sun light at the marina and nearby beach. Afterward, the couple and their friends and family went to Al Johnson's for dinner. Al Johnson's is one of Door County's most famous restaurants, known for goats on its grass and sod roof.
