On a warm autumn morning, a family gathered outside Bridgeport Waterfront Resort in Sturgeon Bay to do a family photo session, including one with grandparents and grandchildren. The light was perfect, with a little haze, to create a warm image, capturing an important and fleeting moment in time. Sturgeon Bay has many lovely spots for family photography, including the public walkway in front of Bridgeport Waterfront Resort on the city's West (south) side. The walkway spans from Otumba Park with a sand beach, to the Door County Maritime Museum on the other side of the bridge. There is a restored tugboat parked outside the museum that is a fun backdrop for photos.
