Children often need a break from the pressure of standing still during a family photo session. It can be difficult for active children, very sensitive children, or young children who have little experience with the larger cameras professionals use. So, allowing children to take a break and play is often necessary. We let the child swing at Murphy Park in Egg Harbor, WI, to have a little fun and burn off energy. While we were able to capture the more formal photos, the fun swinging photos are my favorites from the session. Most families say that the candid photos taken during and after the formal session are some of their favorite images.
