Sometimes you just have to click your heels in joy. This couple, celebrating an anniversary, arranged for a family photo shoot, including photos of the two of them. While preparing to do photos down the trail, the husband playfully jumped and clicked his heels. When I do family photos, I like to do the posed images, but once we have that out of the way, focusing on candids, and authentic moments like this are fun and are probably the images most families will print or use. The session was at Crossroads at Big Creek in Sturgeon Bay, WI, a nature center with trails, woods, walking bridges and an ephemeral creek.
